MOOQ is the European Alliance for Quality of Massive Open Online Courses, called MOOCs. I was very pleased as MOOQ coordinator to welcome all partners at the OUNL in Heerlen. The MOOQ kick-off meeting was extremely successful: We could define the vision, the mission and first MOOQ activities.
